Insights® Discovery uses a simple and accessible four-color model to enable you understand yourself and others through your preferences. This is done through your responses to an online evaluator which takes 15mins – 20mins to complete. A direct output is your own Insights® Discovery personality profile. The profile helps you understand who you are, your strengths and weaknesses, how you interact with others, your communications style, and the value you bring to a team. Your profile includes suggestions for development that you can easily implement. There are additional chapters that will support your learning and development in different important areas.

Insights® Discovery is rooted in the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung and is continually validated and refined through research to ensure it is always accurate and deeply insightful.
